Pain in genital
My son accidently hit his penis and due to which it got swolllen n red from outside there is no cut though...2 day after that he is having pain after passing urine. We are applying him xycloaine gel on this outer skin and meftal spas Should we be worried for any internal injury.

You should have attached a picture along with this question so that we could have taken a look at what it's could be.
It's very hard to say anything without examining him. I suggest you better take him to a general Surgeon for further examination and management of the same.
He could have suffered some internal injury.
