I have pain in my eyes which occurs while reading.Eye specialist say there is no problem in eye even after thorough check.

Refractive error is not  only cause for pain,you are 19yrs old student,you may not be taking proper nutrition causing eye pain,if you are laborious student ,you need proper nutrition.
