Pain in extensor muscle in left leg
While bending the leg, say, for tying right foot shoelace, such that weight of the body is on left leg. While getting up, its starts to pain and feels like the muscle is slow in coming back to its original position. Sometimes, the pain is also felt lower near the shin bone, when trying to do some normal exercises to stretch that muscle.

It is common to have pain in the leg as you described. Usually it happens after prolonged walking. In your case it happens every time you stretch these muscles. I suggest that you get your vitamin B12 and D3 and calcium levels tested. Sometimes vitamin deficiency is the cause of the pain.
