Pain in chest when I lay down only

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Recently every time I lay down I get this uncomfortable feeling on my chest I could still deal with it until now, I can't sleep anymore because when I lay down on either my right or left side, I get this painful feeling on my chest but it only occurs when I lay down if I stay up or sit down, nothing happens. I also suffer from anxiety
