Hello when it would have been better if you could actually send the ECG because sometimes the automated impression me not correlate actually and secondly sinus Rhythm means the rhythm of your heart is absolutely normal and short PR interval is generally suggesting of initial stage of heart block symptoms but then I cannot a firm you anything without actually examining you are seeing your ECG thank you
