Pain in chest,left side
Getting pain in the chest (left side) at times, early in the morning when I woke from bed and when I sneeze. It will not be there entire day..goes on and off. Everything seems normal. Please advice.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...consult physician if symptoms persists.

Sneezing increases your chest pain....get the chest auscultated by physician to rule out pleuritis.....do chest xray......any chest pain should have ECG done though in your case it appears atypical chest pain
