Pain in Chest

Asked for Female, 18 Years

For the last couple of months at random i would experience a random pain in my chest and it would hurt to breathe too much or move too much. But about a week ago I experienced the pain again but oddly it lasted for 3 hours and ever since I can't even lay on my left side or do too much without feeling the pain in my chest. It's where my breast is.

Likely costochondritis Tab zerodol MR 1 tab twice a day for 5 days Tab Pan 40 1 tab twice a day for 5 days. If no response then do a chest xray,ECG,and Upper GI endoscopy and upload reports.
