Pain in buttock cheeks
Pain in middle of left buttock. I am unable to stand even for half a minute. Suffer from severe pain even when sitting (can't sit straight).

Hi, many conditions and diseases causes buttock pain. The most common causes includes muscle strain, bursitis, piriformis syndrome. treatment of buttock pain largely depends on the underlying cause and more specifically the cause of the injury.
Exercises for buttock pain will vary greatly depending on the cause and type of dysfunction that you have. Consult Orthopedician....
