Hello, Do you have any ulcer over right buttock?? If not it could be pain due to pathology in hip joint. If you feel pain on lifting leg ,moving it by side then its could be joint problem . Remember if you had past history of stretching leg or injury ?Usually mild injury heals within 5-7 days . If it doesn't consult orthopedic surgeon.
