Pain in butocks while standing frm sitng
My age is 29. Height 5.7 and weight 95.. I am getting severe pain in butocks while standing after sitting and while waking up from sleep .. the pain is so severe and it goes away after walking for the first few steps .. I'm very much tensed as I can't bend and do my daily activities . Kindly help me . FYI .. an xray was taken for ls spine and my family doctor said it's normal .. I don't have that xray report to attach here .
