As the weather is cold outside the joints get inflamed due to this . This may cause greater joint pain because of increased nerve sensitivity and poor blood circulation. That contents of syrup you’ve attached is completely okay , there is no problem in the medicine. • Avoid taking curds at night times. • Avoid intake of cold water. • Check your bowel movements , if you’ve constipation get it treated. • Drink 1 cup of warm milk at morning along with khandabraka rasayana , this will help in your ED. • Follow celibacy, avoid masturbation for 21 days. This will help you in breaking the habit. • Apply mahanarayana taila over the painful , stuff joints.
