  4. Pain in belly button. That i can't move.

Pain in belly button
I have been having a strange pain that starts from my belly button and goes down the abdomen - feels like a string being pulled. Sometimes it hurts so bad that I can't move.

You should consult GI surgeon. It can harbinger serious problem. To assure you should get USG ABDOMEN & PELVIS. BUT you certainly need consultation with previous reports if I gathered it right. You require work up for this problem.
