-gradually developed over a year
- pain and tingling/ burning sensation and numbness in fingers
- pain radiating towards arms
- both hands
- pain increases while writing/ using a pen etc
- have tried wearing a support band, was a likely helpful. Discontinued using it.

Hi, hope you are not in much pain.
your problem can be because various reasons to mention few Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, cervical spondylosis.
So its better to visit your family physician and get it checked.

symptoms suggestive of nerve involvement mostly involvement of median nerve......peripheral nerve pathology associated with neuritis consult orthopedician as early as possible
