Pain in anus muscle and lower abdomen
Hi, I was previously diagnosed with GERD and had hpylori infection too, after taking all the medications there was no gas formation or back pain, also when i was suffering seriously from gas and reflux i had a situation like, nerves in my left scrotum and lower abdomen would get inflamed when my stomach gets bloated, once I release gas that inflammed nerves will become normal. So now I am not having those kind of bloating or inflammation normally but with or without knowing when my semen is discharged I am getting an unbearable pain in my anal muscles, lower abdomen and penis and after 5 min or so all those bloating and inflammation comes back and last for half a day.i would be grateful if anyone can help me or make me understand why its happening and what should i do? I have take scans like MRI,abdomen and semen and urine test There Is no stone or infection.
