  3. Pain in anus and blood. Please advice!

Pain in anus and blood
I have pain in my colon while defication. Also at times blood comes out because of damage in the internal walls of anal. Maybe this is anal fissure. Please advice

Hello piles Fissure Inflammatory bowel disease Carcinoma colon rectum anal canal should be ruled out Have more of green leafy vegetables and fruits consult surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
