Pain in abdomen & left testicle lymph
Sir i m 24/m suffering from abdomen pain in left side since 6months and recently noticed that my right testicle lymph nodes are swollen which makes my right testicle bigger than left. I am very tense pls suggest me wd whom should i contact gastroentrologist or urologist.

As you told you have abdomen and testis pain and swelling.
You also mentioned that you have lymph node swelling is it confirm that it is lymph node ????
First of all you go for USG abdomen and USG of both testis and also blood investigations as CBC , ESR, LFT and RFT with urine R/M
these investigations confirm the diagnosis then we treat the disease
Now you should take
Tab zifi O 1 bd
Tab Zerodal Sp 1 bd
Tab pantop DSR 1 bd empty stomach all for 1 week
Tab heterazan 100 mg 1 tds for 21 day
Avoid straining and jurking movement
Take always scrotal support
