Pain in abdomen in front and back

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have pain in my abdomen, since I started urinating with forcely applying pressure in abdomen. Later I was not having any urine problem but from the last 5 or 6 days I urinated applying pressure inside abdomen...... from then I feel swelling and pain in front below abdomen and pain sometimes at back below ribs cage. Please suggest
