Pain in abdomen

Pain in abdomen

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have been gas problem since 4 years..sometimes pain in abdomen may be stomach pain not sure..i have conducted ultra sound and other tests but they are clear..some doctors said that i thinks too much thats the cause of gas and the pain...but i am not satisfied... What is the problem..can you explain and what is the treatment?

You are having dyspepsia. There are lot of causes . Since you have done usg and few tests which are normal, it may be due to lactose intolerance due to milk try avoiding milk for a few days and see if symptoms improve and try to avoid high carb food stuff and legumes .....If symptoms persist kindly consult a gastroenterologist
