Hello Doctor! From yesterday I'm experiencing a slight pain in my right side of abdomen,the pain stops for sometimes & again starts...I'm also feeling a bit Nauseous. What will be the reason? Is it something to worry about?

Hello, you have to mention exact quadrant of stomach? Is it right upper half or right lower half?Most common cause is gastritis ,it is also associated with Nausea , Take soft ,non spicy food items like curd ,buttermilk , Avoid junk ,oily ,non veg ,food items for few days. If you have loose stools , severe pain abdomen ,fever , vomiting ,consult general physician or gastroenterologist.
