Pain in a vain near testicls

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Dear sir I face a problem regarding vain pain.vain passes through waist to left testicles and also pain in left testicle but no any pain in right testicles. I show more doctors but not found solution so please help me. I am a bachelor.
