HELLO, COMPLETE REST. BREATH SLOWLY YOU MUST HAVE ADHESIVE TAPE TO RESTRICT THE EXTA EFFORT. TABLET TRAMADOL PLUS TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. AT THE SIGHT OF INJURY MAY BE NUMB FEELING BUT DOWN UPTO SIDE OF LEFT FOOT??? UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND. CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN. O.K, BYE.
