By your explanation it seems that the pain is because of the spasm and may also because of the stones in the gall bladder. Let's think the pain you're getting is because of the spasm. Before running you need to do stretching exercises to flex your body and also getting your body into heat.
Lets assume if the pain is because of stones in the gall bladder with this you will have vomiting, loss of appetite, increase in pain after taking food. Since you don't have these symptoms try stretching exercises before running. If at all the pain is not going down think you need to consult a doctor.
