Pain during running
I'm football player..past 1yer was not playing football..recently i startd playing..after a continuous 20min run there is a severe pain in my rit side of my stomach( pain starts from lower part of rit sid ribs)..after 5 to 10min rest it will be ok..i want to know what is the prblm..

Hello, I understand your feeling and also I hope you're not in too much if pain. By your explanation it seems that the pain is because of the spasm and may also because of the stones in the gall bladder. Let's think the pain you're getting is because of the spasm. Before running you need to do stretching exercises to flex your body and also getting your body into heat. Lets assume if the pain is because of stones in the gall bladder with this you will have vomiting, loss of appetite, increase in pain after taking food. Since you don't have these symptoms try stretching exercises before running. If at all the pain is not going down think you need to consult a doctor. Thank you
