Last two day very abnormal cramps and pain in stomatch..to much blown up stomatch... not comfortable and confussed why has this problem started suddenly...pls guide

Hi, From when its started ?? It could be gastroenteritis if you have altered bowel habbits.It subsides over period of time. Take simple diet like buttermilk , rice . Avoid spicy food items.
