Pain below lower left testicle.
I have pain in my lower left testicle and also on the left side of my stomach. The pain comes and goes and also I don't feel any loss in sperm count but i am not sure about that. Please help.

Do complete blood count  And ultrasound kub and ultrasound scrotum It is due to either testicular infection or enlarged veins in testis or rarely due to stone lodging at ureter bladder junction
