Pain below left breast.
Pain under the left breast since last one month. On off pain , but lately it has become slightly unbearable. Consulted internal medicine and a lot of test conducted like , Sonography of the abdomen and pelvis , Trop T but result was negative. CT Scan result reads as below. " Long segment mural eccentric wall thickening involving body and antrum of stomach ( predominantly posterior wall ) with surrounding perigastric fat stranding , enlarged perigastric , gastrohepatic , celiac , periportal , peripancreatic lymph nodes. Multiple heterogenously enhancing lesions in both lobes of liver. These findings are more in favour of neo plastic atiologi ( like CA Stomach with nodal and haptic metastasis ) . Further correlation with scopy and biopsy is required. " Please advise where we stand and what action to be taken. How serious is it ? Do we need to worry ? Type of Doctor for reference : Oncology
