Pain over the left side of the chest. Feel sick and short of breath.please help me to understand the situation

Hello.well dear we want to know detailed history about the problem you are mentioning as am not sure you are having muscle spasm or you are suffering from any lung infection...please meet a physician in person and get examined...thank you
