  4. Pain at the left side of body. Relief.

Pain at the left side of body.
I am suffering of pain at left side of body specially at neck, pain at upper thigh, and at the back of left side. I am Diabetic, Hypertension and Obesity. Pains seems to be radiating. Sometimes it's mild and sometimes it's severe. How could I get relief.
