Pain at the back of my neck.
I've been suffering a pain at the back of my neck. I have smelly discharge sometimes and I don't pee regularly. I have difficulty in urinating sometime too.

Do a urine routine microscopy . take plenty of oral fluids . use intiwash for private area ..but if the discharge is foul smelling it is mostly due to some vaginal infection bacterial or fungal so better to get urself examined .
