Pain at the ankle of leg
What do I do? I run daily, more than 5kms a day, at an average pace of 5 minutes 30 seconds per km. I run in a park on concrete block tiles, wearing running shoes. What is the problem? I have pain near the ankle, mostly when my leg is idle for some time. Pain is severe when I wake up and it gradually fades after running one km. It comes back again after the run. I can feel the pain when I do leg raise. Location of the pain? Only on Right leg, Inner heel, on the left hand side of the right foot, (great toe's side), just above heel bone Since how long? I'm having this pain since 3-4 days. Its not that severe, i still run with it.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since how long have you been having this problem? Also, have you started running recently only or you have been running for long time now? You can take a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Health ok once a day after food for a month.  Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
