Please find attached the MRI report and kindly suggest some treatment for the same as at times the pain is unbearable.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What in the repost is that there is some compression of the nerves. In most cases physiotherapy is advised first and if it doesn't help, surgery becomes compulsory.  There is no medicinal management apart from pain suppression thats it. Kindly consult a orthopedic spine surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello... There is diffuse disc bulge with thecal compression... There is no medicinal management for this condition.. Physiotherapy is the first option .. If it doesn't work doctor operate to decompress the compressing nerve... Consult neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon with reports
