Pain at rectum outside
I am facing paint at my outside rectum observed pea size vien at my rectum outside went to pharmacy and bought hydrocortisone 1% cream using from 1 week I got some what relief but when eating any nonveg or spicy food I feel the pain on next day please help me and surest me any medicines now i am pursuing masters in U.S I don't have insurance for going checkup please help me out

Hi..... Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.... Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling.... Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol........
