Pain and urge to urine frequently
I'm attaching my ct scan report below,I'm consulting native urologist.pls go through this.im getting pain when I'm getting erect.and sperm passes through urine later with painful urination.after sometime pain subsides but there's pain at the tip of penis and somewhat sensation on shaft.my doctor said it's due to urinary tract infection.but urine culture reports where negative.im taking 10 days course.today it's 6 th day and no improvements.this is second time I'm facing this 1st was before 3 months. what the hell disease I have.???
