Fever for 4 days Nasal Catarrh Cough with mucus Pain in throat Sometimes Cervical pain occurs Allergies with calpol paracitamol After taking calpol glands starts to swell and pain occurs

You need to get yourself properly evaluated clinically by a good Physician. Cervical pain and swelling subsequent to Paracetamol usage need further evaluation Ultrasonographic study of these lesions may help your doctor confirm the diagnosis.
