Hi Swelling in testis can be due to infection, fluid collection, tumor or torsion. In your case and age infection seems most common cause. Consult a surgeon or urologist. Some blood and urine tests and sonography of scrotum will be done. If pain is severe and with vomiting consult immediately. Rarely minor trauma draws attention to pre-existing tumor or hydrocele of testis. Take care.
