Pain and swelling in Left side of my fac

Hi, before 4 days I have some little bit pain in my left side of my mouth in between ear and jaw and bottom side of jaw. I consult with a Doctor in practo and send some couple of photos of my face and inner image of mouth and after seen that he said nothing is happened . Some muscle related issue is there that's why it's happened and he suggest me flexon mr tablet for 2-4 days twice in a day. Now pain is not that too much but very light can be ignore but Little bit swelling in left side of my face and I feel not very comfortable.otther than that I have no any issue , eating, speaking well. I have no medical history regarding teeth or mouth or any kind of deseaes before that. So please guide me what to do. Should i go any ENT specialist or go to some dentist or wait sometime to fix it naturally. Please help. Thanks.
