Pain and burning sensation when urinatig

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I have been diagnosed with Thyroid which is under control now, two months back when we went to a pilgrim place, I had some skin infection which still exists. Now I am having pain and burning sensation while urinating. A local doctor here gave me Vitamin B capsules (Biotin 260 mcg). Can you please prescribe medication?

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done and be treated as per investigation results. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml every time may help to reduce the burning (trade name uriliser)
