Pain and bleeding since morning

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Taking homeopathy medicine from 11 march. Moderate Pain on left side from 3 days. Bleeding since morning. Need suggession. Should continue with homeo treatment? Or oprate..? And what is PCS calyceal sepration which is shown 22.7mm. Today's ultrasound report and the report of feb month are attached.
