Pain & blood post fissure surgery
I had a laser sphincterotomy and fissurectomy with 3 minor skin tag removal almost 2 months back. Post operative pain was very bad for 1st month during BM and pain lasted for few hours . Had to take pain medications throughout Now I still have moderate pain during BM and pain for a few hours post that. Unable to sit or sleep on my back since surgery. Wound not healing. Bleeding everytime i have more than one BM. Does this mean  surgery has failed and I am left with a non healing wound. Is this normal in some cases or something has seriously gone wrong. I am taking laxatives and stool is not hard. Following a basic diet. Completely avoiding spicy, junk and fried food. No clue what to do next?
