Pain after using a penis sleeve/extender

Hello Doctor, Yesterday we had sex with my husband wearing a penis sleeve/extender, I came multiple times and we had a good time then, but after everything got over , i started getting pain in my lower abdomen and in the sides. Now what do we do?. Yesterday I think the length was a bit more while he was pumping and i could feel it in my abdomen. Kindly advice
