Pain after urination and ejaculation

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Namasthe sir, My problem is I'm facing severe pain after ejaculation and sometimes after urination. I underwent renal stone surgery 3 years ago. Since then I'm facing this issue once in a while . I've got my urinalysis test done, rft and lft also done sir . USG abdomen was also done . I'm attaching my reports sir . Kindly help me in this pls
