Pain above pubic bone and in testicles

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hi, I sometimes suffer from pain beside my penis, near the place where my scrotum joins the body, and feel this pressure in my lower abdomen. Alot of times after bowel movement or urinating, I feel pain in these regions and pressure as if something is pushing out. I find it hard at times to pass bowel. Veins in my scrotum are also dilated on left side but painless mostly. But the pain is in the right testicle and veins are not much dilated there. What could be the reason behind this? Please help?
