There are several brands in market who claim that they are providing good quality of unsweetened yoghurt with active culture. So I am very much confused. Is their nutritive value upto the mark? Cause if I don't get benefits then there is no meaning of daily serving of yogurt. So should I continue to consume them or should I go for a homemade one? Help please.

Hi welcome - you would v right decision if can go for home made. Out commercial all products v by & large good taste & attractive packages but uncertain about safety to all as these are processed artificially. So decided better.
