I m having headache& back pain prob with fainting symtoms.is it bcoz of ovulation (fertility)period.and my stomach paining prob is there.is it bcoz of ovulation?

Hi there I understand your concern...Its coming to experience minimum pain during ovulation due to release of egg and debris to pouch of douglas in your lower abdomen...still other possible causes should be ruled out I would suggest you to consult nearest gynecologists for clinical examination they will do the needful.
