I'm on CD15 now on CD11 I had a 21mm follicle with 7mm endometrial thickness yesterday I had a scan showing 28mm follicle on left ovary with endometrial thickness of 8mm I'm in a fear that everything is OK with me to ovulate and have a healthy pregnancy with such large follicle?

CD11 is a component of integrin proteins which mediates leukocyte adhesion.
Normal endometrial thickness ranges in the values 8 - 11 mm.
Prior to ovulation, the average diameter of dominant follicle is in the range of 18 - 36 mm.
