Is drinking warm water throughout day harmful? I heard that warm water should be drank in morning and before and after meals.

hi water requirement around 1.5 litres. we have in our body balancing mechanisms for keeping all things withinrange.this process is called hamoeostatic controle. as for as possible we maintain and eat what is required. when we over do something that particular organ is overworked.like more sugar pancreas eating more salt kidneys and so on. your drinking warm water around 1.5 litres your body will not come to harm at all. it is constructed smart.

hello der its not at all harmful
you should drink water early in the morning so that it neutralizes the acid which is produced inside your stomach
