Hi, lemon water & anemia has no connection, it will not reduce your haemoglobin. Also lemon juice is no magic potion for weight loss, it aids in fat loss when on a balanced diet & exercise regime. Don't have dates, beet , etc on a daily basis being iron rich, because it's also high in sugar which will lead to fat gain.
Next Steps
Meet / Take an online consult with a dietician for a detailed lifestyle plan as following any random / crash diet will reduce the the haemoglobin more leading to harmful side effects.
Health Tips
To start with: 1. Eat at regular intervals (3-3.5 hrs) 2. Include iron rich foods in your diet - garden-cress seeds, dark green leafy veg, meat & sea food - non fried, nuts & seeds. 3. If highly anaemic, then consult a GP for supplementation. 4. Hydrate well since iron rich foods are heaty to the body. 5. Begin with basic exercises & walk atleast.
