U can first start with good well balanced diet plan. make all foods should lie in calories. Low quantity plain rice, flour, rice similar products. no fast foods,junk,cream type,street, restaurant, foods. NI beverages, soft or hard drinks. no Biriyani, fried rice. no lean,red meat, excessive organic foods. oils & oily processed, foods restricted. take max green greens vegetables, e except potatoes group, 400g whole fruits or salad dressings except banana, coconut, Dry fruits no almonds etc. oil,fat only 2 for 20ml. work out,Exercises daily two hours. sleep max 7 hrs. max engagement in dynamic activities.
