Asked for Male, 32 Years

Due to erectile dynsfunction an urology doctor had suggested to have mildfil tablets ( Tadalafil) 5 mg tablets each day . But the side effects seen for this in internet is that of vision heart issues etc. I m worried if I can have. Request expert opinion on this .
