My name is Shivani ,I got married last year in April and that time my weight was 69 and my Height is 5"5.
Now after one year and 4months my weight is 80kg.
I joined gym but because of sales job I am not able to do it regularly so I left gym.
Sometimes I eat my breakfast outside that is idly,Dosa only.
I have seen so many videos regarding weight and fat loss but I don't trust them.
Please advise me so good suggestion which I can follow regularly in my daily routine and reduce some fat and weight.
And my periods and Everything is normal.
No
thyroid and pcod problem as well.
