Overuse of thyroid medication

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have been taking thyronorm 75 mg from last 10 years and sometimes my TSH level is high(13) and sometimes it's normal .But i have been feeling anxious , hypertension and sweating from last few months .is it because of overuse of thyroid medication
